1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Sand Dune Safari ("we", "our", "us") reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or via WhatsApp[reference:0]. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online Payment: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via secure payment gateways[reference:1]
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers to our UAE bank account
• Cash on Pickup: Full payment in cash on the day of your safari[reference:2]

2.3 Payment Terms

For online bookings, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected package[reference:3]. For "Reserve Now, Pay Later" options, full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time[reference:4].

2.4 Transaction Fees & Charges

Please note the following regarding payment processing:

• Transaction Fees: A payment processing fee (typically 2.9% + applicable charges) and 5% VAT may apply on all electronic transactions[reference:5][reference:6]. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are non-refundable.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)[reference:7]. Transactions in other currencies may incur additional conversion fees.
• Responsibility: Any bank, transaction, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer[reference:8].
• Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, the customer is responsible for all associated fees and legal costs.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellations

• 24+ Hours Before Tour: Full refund (minus any non-refundable transaction fees)[reference:9]
• 12-24 Hours Before Tour: 50% refund (minus transaction fees)[reference:10]
• Less than 12 Hours or No-Show: No refund[reference:11][reference:12]

3.2 Operator Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to:

• Adverse weather conditions[reference:13]
• Government regulations or restrictions[reference:14]
• Safety concerns or emergencies
• Minimum guest numbers not being met[reference:15]

In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund[reference:16].

4. Liability & Responsibility

4.1 Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your safari[reference:17]. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.

4.2 Health & Safety

• Participants must be in good health and free from serious medical conditions.
• Pregnant women and individuals with back or heart conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
• It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to the tour.

4.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

5. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• You must be at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time[reference:18].
• You must comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid identification (passport or Emirates ID) if required[reference:19].
